Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for “Senior CRM Business Analyst” for our Istanbul Office. Remote working is available during pandemic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing customer needs, identifying as is and to be states of the project
  • Documenting requirements and identifying the scope of the project
  • Communicating project details and customer’s vision and strategy with all stakeholders; project management, software development and product development teams.
  • Identify pain points and developing solutions aligned with roadmap and timeline of the project
  • Explore new ways to increase customer satisfaction
  • Creating and managing product backlog items, prioritizing them with project stakeholders in line with project timeline
  • Interacting with integration analysts/architects to understand software requirements and assessing&reporting their impact
  • Managing application lifecycle and defining new features that can be included in the roadmap
  • Acting as a single point of contact for all stakeholders internally and externally
  • Managing multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ of experience in related industry and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in BA or Engineering in Master is a plus
  • Experience in process / workflow design
  • Good knowledge of Visio and MS or other project management tools
  • Preferably SQL knowledge at data query level
  • Preferably experience in retail, consumer goods and e-commerce industries

Mid-Senior Developer

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ of experience in related industry and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in BA or Engineering in Master is a plus
  • In depth technical knowledge across multiple languages 
  • Experience in designing, developing and implementing web based applications in (C#, .Net, ASP.Net (MVC, Webform), Web API, WCF, SQL) knowledge of Visio and MS or other project management tools
  • Strong development skills (Integration, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM, Plugins, DevOps, API Development, Scripting) referably SQL knowledge at data querylevel
  • Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Software Patterns 
  • Experienced in Relational Databases

Senior Cloud System Administrator

We are looking for Senior Cloud System Administrator for our Istanbul Office. Remote working is available during pandemic.

Key Responsibilities

Daily operations:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the information systems by monitoring system performance configuration, maintenance, and repair
  • Provide technical expertise for customer projects, manage sizing and configuration requirements of customer projects
  • Solving problems whenever necessary involving vendors, customers, or internal teams. Supporting teams by managing tickets raised for vendors.
  • Managing security roles and system access rights of users in external projects and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding Dynamics 365, Azure and Office 365 services.
  • Apply patches and upgrades to host system firmware and software
  • Managing daily incidents regarding infrastructure, daily client software/hardware service management
  • Setup Office 365 accounts for users, distribution lists and Teams channels for users.

Quality and Reporting:

  • Act as a part of onboarding team, train new team members on system roles/use and ticket management guidelines etc
  • Establish guidelines and methods for the installation and management of computer system components
  • Monitor customer systems, develop automated provisioning workflows, flag problems, manage possible enhancements, intervene when necessary. Report incidents and performance daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Develop procedures to maintain security, protect systems from authorized access, documentation for backup and restoration of systems and data

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Extensive experience in Active Directory, Exchange Server, Office 365/Outlook Administration, DevOps, TFS, GIT, Azure and SQL
