The INNTHEBOX Platform we are building today is one of the most tangible outcomes of our R&D work.

We design not as a single software product, but as an integrated technology platform that answers different business needs, draws on shared technological components and allows new products, services and experiences to be developed over time.

Within the platform, the capabilities we build across customer management, digital commerce, marketing, data, analytics, automation, integration and artificial intelligence come together on a common technical foundation.

A significant part of our R&D in software architecture, data management, automation, artificial intelligence, integration technologies, user experience and high-performance systems flows directly into this platform.

Many of the approaches and technologies we use inside today began as independent research, a client need, an experiment or a prototype and later became products.

From Research to Product

We build our R&D processes around learning, testing and validating quickly. A new idea or technology is first researched from a technical angle, then tested with small-scale experiments and prototypes. For us it is not enough that a piece of work is technically possible. We also try to understand whether it creates value for a real user or business problem. Work that produces good results is then developed further in terms of performance, security, user experience and scalability, and becomes part of our platform or of the new solutions we build. Not every piece of research has to become a product. But we believe every piece of research gives the company new knowledge, a new perspective or a new technical capability. This approach lets us improve our current technologies while preparing for the needs of several years from now.
