We moved dealer quotes into the digital world
The starting point was quotes circulating in Excel. With Quote, the offer is generated from the CRM opportunity record and goes to the dealer as a trackable link. The seller now sees that the quote was opened and how long was spent on which page — the follow-up call no longer starts blind.
We consolidated B2B orders on one platform
An accepted quote is not keyed in by hand; in 1page-Commerce it becomes an order in one step. Dealer-specific price lists, campaign tiers and inventory sit on the same platform — the shipping plan speaks to the reality of stock.
We measured dealer and regional performance
The final link in our work with Tefal was measurement: with 1page-Query, revenue and quote conversion are asked in the moment by dealer, region and product group. Which region is losing quotes and which dealer is growing appear on screen from a single question.
